4. 04 · , Healthcare

   Healthcare revenue cycle

   Revenue cycle work is mostly reading, which is why it slips. Agents parse every remittance, match the CARC and RARC codes against that payer's own policy, and draft the appeal from the chart notes. A biller reads, changes and signs it; nothing reaches a payer without a named person releasing it.

   AI agents and autonomous workforces
